How do I apply tax-exempt status to my account?
Submit your shop account name, account email, and your sales tax exemption or resale certificate through the parts counter form. Our team can review the documentation and update the account.
How do distributor-sourced and special-order items work?
Some products are not kept on the shelf at Yarbrough but can be sourced through our distributors. Current vendor stock and lead time can vary. Products that require current pricing will show a price-and-availability request instead of treating the catalog placeholder as a selling price.
Do you build custom pumps?
Yes. As a Permco build center, Yarbrough can help configure and build pumps for specific applications. Send the existing model information, photos, mounting details, shaft, rotation, ports, and application information you have.
What is the special-order sourcing fee?
The sourcing fee covers the additional vendor coordination involved in bringing certain nonstock products into Yarbrough. Vendor availability and transit time can vary, so contact us when timing is critical.
How does pickup work?
In-stock orders can be prepared for pickup at Yarbrough Industries in Springfield. You will receive an order notification when the order is ready. Distributor-sourced items may require additional lead time.
